3. Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–5 Business Days
• Other Areas: 3–7 Business Days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, sales, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order values.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most areas of Pakistan. Customers must pay the full invoice amount upon delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Destello will not be liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders
